DESCRIPTION
A delicious and luscious green tea made of first flush spring tea leaves grown in the province of Shandong in Laoshan village, spread in between the ocean and the mountains. A tea that has a savory taste with saline minerality and a long-lasting mouth feel. It is made from the same leaf that is used to make the original Dragon Well tea, the Long Jing varietal. Green tea is a beverage that has been enjoyed for centuries, and Laoshan is one of its most distinctive expressions: the sea air and mountain mists give the leaf a soft, nutty sweetness and a clean, brothy body. Poured into a small cup, it opens with a fresh, grassy aroma and finishes with a gentle chestnut note that lingers well past the last sip - a tea to sit with slowly, cup after cup.
