CHAIDIM HIGH MOUNTAIN OOLONG TEA For oolong lovers: Chaidim High Mountain Oolong is a premium oolong grown at the highest elevation in the country. These teas are grown in the northern part of Thailand, in mountainous regions over 1,000 meters above sea level. The high altitude and cool climate of these regions provide the perfect conditions for growing high-quality tea such as oolong. The tea leaves used to produce High Mountain Oolong are carefully handpicked and processed using traditional methods. The leaves are withered, rolled and oxidized, then roasted several times to produce a tea with a unique flavour and aroma. This tea has a medium smokiness with a floral flavour in the background, and rounded notes reminiscent of roasted coffee beans and caramel. Rich yet perfectly balanced, it brews to a bright golden-yellow liquor. It is a perfect choice to open your tea session, to pair with a meal, or to start your day with focus.
