HOW TO USE

• For bath, pour a generous amount into warm running bath water

• Slip into the water, take slow deep breaths and center your awareness on your breathing

• Relax in the bath before gently patting the skin dry with a towel

• For after-bath, apply while the skin is warm and moist

• For massage, pour oil into the palm and rub between hands to warm before massaging into the skin
