HOW TO USE
• How to prepare a delicious Chamomile tea: Just add two to three spoons of organic Chamomile to a teapot with a filter, pour in boiled water, and steep for 10 minutes
• Filter the mixture and that's it - ready to be served hot
• If you want to spice it up, you can add two spoons of Lemongrass and just one spoon of Ginger
