Chaidim High Mountain Oolong Tea

DESCRIPTION
Chaidim High Mountain Oolong Tea is grown at the highest elevations in the country — in the northern part of Thailand, in mountainous regions over 1,000 metres above sea level. The high altitude and cool climate of these regions provide the perfect conditions for growing high-quality tea such as Oolong. The leaves used to produce High Mountain Oolong are carefully handpicked and processed using traditional methods: withered, rolled and oxidised, then roasted several times to produce a tea with a unique flavour and aroma. This tea has a medium smokiness with a floral flavour in the background. It is a perfect choice to start your tea journey or to pair with a meal. Robust and resilient, it lasts many infusions.
